Black Bull Caravan Park

The Black Bull Caravan Park is a beautiful, small touring site located at the gateway to the North York Moors. Both caravans and motorhomes are well-catered for here, with hardstanding pitches across the site, a grassy area for each pitch and hedging between each pitch to provide a little privacy. There is a choice between a serviced super pitch and a standard pitch - which both allow awnings for no additional cost, although it must be erected on the gravel hardstand. The park is dog and child friendly, with a designated dog walk, a children's playground, a games room and baby baths available.

Hillside Caravan Park

Ideally located close to the North York Moor National Park, the Hillside Caravan Park is a welcome base for exploring the area. This small, family-run holiday park covers 9 acres with space for 50 hardstanding pitches suitable for motorhomes, they also offer a number of grass electric hook-up pitches. Pitches are spaced out offering plenty of space and privacy, super pitches include a TV aerial connection and grey water drainage. There’s a tractor-themed play area on site to keep little ones entertained and it is a dog-friendly site.

The cathedral city of York is steeped in history that dates back over 2,000 years. There is plenty to see here, from the city walls, which are beautifully preserved, to the Jorvik Viking Centre, which offers a glimpse into the Viking history of York. Flaxton Meadows

Just 8 miles outside of York’s centre is the beautiful Flaxton Meadows site. This is an eco campsite and generates its own electricity - the perfect campsite for the eco-conscious. Motorhome pitches are hardstanding and well-spaced out, providing plenty of space and privacy. The electricity at your pitch is generated onsite using a natural resource system, there is also a large shower and toilet block featuring underfloor heating. The site is dog and family-friendly. Whilst there is no children’s play park, there is plenty to keep everyone entertained with ducks and a peacock roaming the site and an onsite bar, ‘Champers for campers’.

York Caravan Park

York Caravan Park is situated just two miles from York Minster. You can catch a bus from the caravan park gate and be in the city centre in 10 minutes - a perfect location for exploring this vibrant city. It’s an adult-only site that prides itself on its luxury facilities, offering 55 hardstanding pitches suitable for motorhomes. Each pitch is generously spaced out with hedging on three sides to provide additional privacy. The shower blocks are truly one-of-kind, with 8 individual shower rooms, each with its own shower, toilet, sink and changing area. Langcliffe Park

The park prides itself on being a peaceful base from which to explore the Yorkshire Dales, so you will not find a bar or restaurant here - however, you are just a short walk from the nearby town of Settle, if you prefer a livelier evening. There is a shower block on site, as well as a children's play area and a dedicated dog walking area.

The site is spacious, with grass pitches suitable for motorhomes to park up, with electric hook-up, drinking water, and chemical and grey waste disposal points. The nearby village of Flamborough is where you can find local pubs, shops and a fish and chip shop. From the campsite there is a private footpath to Bempton Cliffs where you can see puffins nesting on the cliffs, as well as access the nearby RSPB nature reserve.

Butt Farm

Butt Farm welcomes motorhomes, caravans and campers alike to their working family farm, located just outside of Beverly in East Yorkshire. The site is set within 180 acres of farmland with adorable pygmy goats onsite. There are 30 pitches available - 11 of which are hardstanding, which includes electric hook up and water, and allows for an awning and one dog at no extra charge. Onsite there are modern washrooms, as well as a larger shower area for families, dishwashing facilities and BBQ’s available to hire. There are plenty of walking routes from the site, including the Beverly 20, and takeaways and pubs within 2 miles of Butt Farm.
