It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concern s that we have not met our legal obligations, please discuss your concerns with us before taking any other action.

You have carried out your own examination of the vehicle with our salesperson before agreeing to purchase and you are satisfied as to the quality. As you are purchasing a used motorhome your attention has been drawn to the fact that defects may be present, consistent with the age and the price.

Estimated collection dates

We at Yorkshire Rose do everything we can to make sure your new motorhome is ready for the estimated collection date. However, we advise against the booking of campsites and ferries etc that are non-refundable or not flexible. In the event of a delay Yorkshire Rose will not be liable for any loses or costs incurred.

Payment of Outstanding Balance

Although we can take card payments for your initial deposit and future service works, we CANNOT accept any type of card payment to pay the remaining balance for the purchase of your motorhome. All payments must be paid directly into our bank account using the details for our account, you can send a small payment first which we will confirm as received before you send the remaining balance.

 

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE except where the customer is entitled to cancel the transaction. The customer has a right to cancel with a full refund of the deposit in the following circumstances. 1) If for any reason we advise that we are unable to fulfil the order. 2) The vehicle is not made available for delivery by Yorkshire Rose Motorhomes within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Goods remain under the ownership of Yorkshire Rose Motorhomes Ltd until they are paid for in full including the receipt of any part exchange vehicle. We will inspect all part exchange vehicles including a damp test, this will need to be carried out by our trained technicians and not a salesperson. If it is subsequently found not to be as described and is deemed of lesser value, full payment will be deemed not to have been received until the difference between the estimated value and actual value of the part exchange vehicle has been covered by a further payment from the customer, until this time the title of the goods will remain with Yorkshire Rose Motorhomes Ltd.

Cancelling this sales order will result in the customer forfeiting their deposit and at our discretion the customer may be liable for further costs to pay for; preparation and accessories fitted at the customer’s request, depreciation of the vehicle whilst it has been reserved thus unavailable for sale and devaluation of the vehicle due to alternations requested by the customer.

Any cancellation requests must be in writing addressed to Joanne Brittan Secretary/Director or via e-mail Jo@yorkshirerosemotorhomes.co.uk, we will then reply within 5 working days.

If you experience any faults with your vehicle, please contact us immediately so we can rectify it promptly. If you are dissatisfied with the goods or services provided by us please talk to your salesperson to resolve this, all matters should be referred to the Secretary/Director Joanne Brittan.
