Our workshop is open Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 16:00pm.

If you have a problem on your motorhome or campervan, whether it be that something isn’t working as it should be or needs replacing, a faulty water or toilet system, faulty electrics, an appliance isn’t working on an energy source and even if you have leaks or damp – just let us know what!

Commonly we will need to look at your vehicle in advance so that we can investigate the problem and accurately diagnose and quote for the repair(s), this also allows us to order any parts and materials if needed before the repair(s) takes place.

A diagnostic appointment is charged at 1hr minimum (£60 plus VAT). 

We may be able to complete the repair(s) on the day of diagnostic - should we be able to rectify the problem within this timeframe then there will be no additional cost, otherwise this will be deducted from the full time spent.

Depending on the repair(s), we may need to order parts or materials, which will require a follow-up appointment for the repair(s) to take place.

POLICY

• Please let us know prior to your appointment if there is anything else in addition to the initial reason for booking, we may be able to extend the time allocated to accommodate.
• Work is booked with an allocated timeslot and is only for the query(s) specified at the time of booking. If you arrive at your appointment with more queries to be looked at, unfortunately we will not have time to look at these as well and a further appointment will be made for anything else.
• Our workshop is very busy, if you visit without notice for us to have a look at something, unfortunately our technicians are not always available for walk-in visits; this includes to discuss a query, get a quote, or for advice. Please let us know in advance.
