What is a habitation check and why is it required?
A habitation service on the living area (habitation) of your motorhome or campervan should be carried out annually. This is designed to check that the gas, electric, water systems and all appliances are working effectively and more importantly, safely.
Our habitation checks include the following:
- Paperwork and reports given for your history and records
- Electrical checks
- Gas safety checks

- All latches, catches and locks checks
- External inspection of seals
- Damp check, report and advice given if needed
